grade logs and veneers from the forests of the world. We
are, therefore, fully committed to processes of ensuring
that where felling takes place replanting is undertaken
to ensure the continuity of our raw material together with
the provision of living forests for future generations to
enjoy.
Our main suppliers already have Chain of
Custody certificates from recognised bodies. Whenever we
are establishing new sources of supply, our initial discussions
with them will always include their sourcing policy for
logs; their environmental impact assessments together with
the relationships the veneer mills enjoy with their various
suppliers from the forests.
