Q: Is there a charge for delivery?
A: No, all prices include delivery. There are no hidden costs.
Q: Is there a charge for special deliveries?
A: If you regularly place your stock orders with us we won’t charge you for one-off special deliveries.
Q: Do you offer a next day service?
A: Coffins can be ready to collect the next working day at no extra charge. 24hrs notice is required. For example if you order at 3pm your order will be ready to collect at 3pm the following working day. If you require delivery we may also be able to arrange this at no extra costs providing our vehicles are in your area. Please contact us to discuss this prior to ordering.
Q: How long does it take for stock orders?
A: Most deliveries of stock coffins are made within an industry leading 3 to 5 working days.
Q: Do you have a minimum order?
We don’t have a minimum order as such, however we prefer to maintain your stock when in your area by prior arrangement. This ensures your stock levels are always up to date and enables us to offer free delivery.
Q: Do you use couriers?
A: We prefer to use our own vans and drivers. If you would prefer to use a courier this can be arranged subject to an additional charge.
Q: When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
A: We will contact you to advise you of a delivery date and estimated time of arrival. Our vans are fitted with trackers enabling us to keep you up to date on the progress of your delivery on the day.
Q: My order has arrived and it’s damaged / faulty, what can I do?
A: Please contact the office with all the details of the damaged or faulty product. If we are unable to replace the item we will issue a full refund. (Please note the item must be returned for this to be processed)
