Q: How do I use the Ordering System?
- The Ordering System can be accessed using www.jcwalwyn.co.uk/ordering
- We have a number of options, including a variety of coffins from our brochure. Click on the ‘Build Your Own’ button relevant to you.
- The Product Configuration will display, allowing you to select options from each category on the left hand side. As you select your required options, your coffin configuration will display on the right hand side.
- When fully configured, you can amend the order quantity using the plus and minus buttons (lowest quantity of 1).
- After selecting your quantity, click the ‘Place Your Order’ button.
- You will be taken to a basket where you can review your order and checkout, or return to the page in step 1 and continue adding to your order.
- Once you’ve added all items to your order, click the ‘Place Your Order’ button.
- You will be taken to the Checkout area. If you haven’t already logged in, you can log in with the account details provided to you using the prompt which appears just under the Place Your Order title.
- Check that all of the details are correct for the Billing Address and your order, then click the ‘Place Order’ button.
- Your order will be sent to our sales team for processing and you will receive an email to confirm your order.
Q: How do I order the same coffin again?
A: You can order any of your previous orders by logging in at www.jcwalwyn.co.uk/my-account and going to ‘Orders’ on the left hand side. Here you will see a list of all previous orders with order number, the date the order was place and how many items were in the order.
Click on the ‘View’ button and scroll down to the bottom of your order. Click the ‘Order Again’ button which will place an identical order into your basket. Use the ‘Place Your Order’ button to complete your order.
Q: I want to order the same coffin again but with some changes, is this possible?
A: Yes this is possible, when reordering previous orders there is an ‘Edit’ button next to each coffin in the order. By clicking this you will be taken through to the Product Configuration with all categories populated with the previous order. Click on the section you wish to edit and select the new option.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Our Ordering System doesn’t take payment online at this current time. All orders processed through our website will be invoiced on account.
